Castle Centerstone, Real Estate and Development,
LLC Most recently, Brad and Castle Centerstone successfully developed and is operating 399 Perry St, a 19,500 NRSF Class A office and retail building on the corner of 4th and Perry, which is adjacent to the subject property. Brad was also instrumental in recently assembling a property and organizing the affairs needed for Douglas County to acquire and convert it into the new County Library. Castle Centerstone also developed Centerstone Office and Retail complex on Perry St., after first helping the Town trade parcels of land for their new Fire station. Centerstone Office and Retail provides Class-A office and retail space only blocks away from the Town of Castle Rock and Douglas County offices. Castle Centerstone has also re-developed the former fire station into The Station, an upscale retail venue. It also owns the City Hotel, the town's first and frontier hotel, which it plans to renovate into office space for smaller professional firms. Not least, Brad was the principal in re-developing the Castle Café and Keystone Hotel building, one of the Town's oldest and most historic buildings, setting the standard for quality renovations in Wilcox Square. Castle Café has since become a premier restaurant in town. The Next Door Bar will open in January 2003.
River Studio Architects To be more specific about these diverse and competing interests, it's one thing to satisfy an owner's typical financial requirements, comply with normal building codes, provide a functional and ascetically pleasing design and direct construction. It's quite another thing to do so when historical restraints, site limitations and State roads are added to the equation. Such have been the kind of difficult projects that River Studio Architects has succeeded in bringing in on schedule and within budget. In addition to challenging projects in the mountains, such as The Lodge Casino in Blackhawk, CO, River Studio has also been an important architect in shaping the development of projects in Castle Rock. They, Bob Schnautz in particular, have been the architects on the 399 Perry St retail and office development, and redevelopment of the True Value hardware store. Bob has designed and is currently working on the new Colorado Community Newspapers facility, which is under construction, aka News Press. He also designed the Shops, Lofts, Office Space, and Garage at Wilcox Square, scheduled to start construction in 2005. Centerstone Plaza will benefit from his insights and knowledge about the character and personality of Castle Rock. Bob Schnautz is the founder and leader of River Studio Architects. Paul Pushnik, an architect with 20 years experience in resolving complex design issues and working with diverse audiences, also joins Bob. Ermik Hoeing is the Project Manager on this assignment. Together, they promise to make the Shops, Lofts, Office Space, and Garage at Wilcox Square a successful project.
Pinkard Construction Using advanced and sophisticated construction management techniques they're renown for bringing in projects on time and on budget, with no surprises along the way.
