Keystone Hotel and Restaurant Spaces

One of the most historic buildings in Castle Rock, the Keystone Hotel is situated on the corner of 4th and Wilcox Streets in downtown Castle Rock.

In addition to 7 apartment units on the second level, it's also home to Castle Cafe. Castle Cafe (yellow doors) is among the top restaurants in Castle Rock, featuring pan fried chicken (Kansas City style), and a menu of other proven recipes from Tom Walls - one of the most successful restaurant operators in the Denver Metro area. It seats about 55 people.

The Next Door Bar (red doors) opened in April 2003, serves as a cheery place to socialize. Seating about 40 people it's open for lunch, and also offers snacks during dinnertime for those who don't wish to go next door for a full dinner.

City Hotel is the first hotel in Castle Rock, being built in 19xx. It served travelers headed for Denver, along with railroad people working on the line.

221 Perry St is a property located on the southwest corner of 3rd and Perry Streets. It consists of two buildings; one a church, and the other a former parsonage.

The Church building is leased to a congregation until 2006, or thereabouts. The former parsonage has been completely renovated and converted into a ballet studio for children, Petit Ballet.

At some uncertain point in the future this corner will be redeveloped into an approximately 30,000 NRSF office and retail complex, complementing the Wilcox Square historic and business hub of Castle Rock.
